Position Summary

Triangle Electric Company is seeking a solutions-oriented, proactive Project Manager with a proven ability to plan, organize, and deliver successful electrical construction projects. This role requires a critical thinker and effective leader who can manage all aspects of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation—while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of electrical construction projects from start to completion
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate daily activities with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients
  • Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project specifications
  • Conduct or participate in regular jobsite safety meetings and compliance audits
  • Anticipate and resolve project challenges proactively to avoid delays and budget overruns
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and communication logs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote repeat business
