As part of their international expansion strategy, they are strengthening their footprint in Pan EU, one of the most strategically important and regulated crypto markets globally.
The Country Lead (Pan EU) will own end-to-end responsibility for the company's market strategy, growth, and brand presence in Pan EU. This role acts as the primary driver for user growth, trading volume, ecosystem partnerships, and local market positioning, while working closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall country strategy for Pan EU, with clear ownership of trading volume growth, user acquisition, and market expansion
- Lead and participate in online and offline marketing initiatives, including meetups, seminars, Web3 conferences, sponsorships, and KOL / VIP engagement events
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with local ecosystem stakeholders, including KOLs, media, Web3 projects, communities, and institutional or VIP clients
- Drive localized marketing, branding, and user education initiatives to strengthen the company's influence within the Pan EU crypto ecosystem
