Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking an experienced SAP Activate Project Manager to lead Agile delivery and manage project teams. The role involves overseeing project management processes, ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies, and supporting digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Must have E2E experience and knowledge in all areas of Project Management.
• Must have Hands-on knowledge in managing the Dev Projects.
• Must be Excellent in Interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills.
• Drive teams from one/more locations with excellent Team skills.
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to manage communication and co-ordination required to drive the projects.
• Ensure complete adherence to the Agile processes and other Project Management processes and own the activities.
• Manage and support the Digital Core S/4 or Connected Capability initiatives as applicable.
• Excellent in managing Risks and Issues for the project.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience
• Agile - 3+ years
• Project Management - 4+ years
• PMP /Prince 2 practitioner certification is required
• One or more of the following Agile Certifications: CSM, PSM -I/II, PMI-ACP, SAFE Agilist
• Must have been a Software Developer in his / her career
• Must have experience to manage Agile Delivery using tools like: JIRA, MS Azure
• Must have E2E experience and knowledge in all areas of Project Management
• Must have Hands-on knowledge in managing the Dev Projects
• Must be Excellent in Interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication skills
• Drive teams from one/more locations with excellent Team skills
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to manage communication and co-ordination required to drive the projects
• Ensure complete adherence to the Agile processes and other Project Management processes and own the activities

• Exposure to ADO / Clarity will be highly preferred
