Job description

Mikinok is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Technical Project Manager (TPM) to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. The TPM plays a critical role in driving successful outcomes, managing diverse stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our project management methodologies. This role is for a proven leader who can navigate intricate challenges and contribute significantly to our organizational goals.

  • Risk & Crisis Management: Proactively identify, assess, and develop contingency plans for systemic project risks and dependencies. Effectively manage project crises and bring off-track initiatives back to successful completion.
  • Communication & Influence: Articulate complex project information clearly and concisely, influencing decisions and securing necessary buy-in.
  • Stakeholder Management & Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and facilitating conflict resolution.
