Job description

Project Manager – Technology Delivery
Expert Technical Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for a Technical Project Manager with an Award Winning, industry leading company in Peachtree Corners, GA. This role is for a delivery-focused project manager who keeps every IT project sequenced, visible, and finished, and guards the front door of a spec-driven pipeline where AI agents build from what humans approve.
You will own execution across every IT project including development sprints, integrations (Salesforce and similar), and special projects. You run the backlog as an execution plan, own change management and stakeholder communication, and operate the team’s delivery dashboards. Most distinctively, you run the readiness smoke test: the quality gate every requirement passes before design or build. You’ll work as one of three peers: the requirements lead who owns what and why, a technical lead who owns how, and you, who owns making it happen. Our client’s pipeline is spec-driven and AI-assisted; the discipline you enforce at the front is what makes the AI agents behind it effective.
This is a Permanent, Fully ONSITE opportunity offering competitive salary, excellent benefits, and outstanding growth opportunities!
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Sequence and plan all IT project work in Jira and Monday: sprints, capacity lanes (roadmap, support, platform, technical health), and dependencies.
  • Run the readiness smoke test on every requirement: complete, testable acceptance criteria, dependencies known, right sized. Bounce gaps back with specifics before they cost a sprint.
  • Own intake: a published path for how work gets requested, prioritized, and answered, so nothing reaches developers through side channels.
  • Own change management and stakeholder communication for development, integrations, and special projects.
  • Build and maintain delivery dashboards: cycle time, escaped defects, release validation time, support interrupts, reported every sprint.
  • Coordinate release trains with QA’s sign-off gate and run retrospectives that examine where work waited, not just what shipped.
  • Stay current on AI-assisted design tools, agentic workflows, conversational interaction patterns, and emerging product-design practices.
Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or comparable Technical Degree); equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 3+ years running software or IT project delivery, ideally in enterprise, ERP, logistics, or operational software.
  • Fluency with Jira or equivalent (Azure DevOps), sprint planning, and release management.
  • The spine to hold a quality gate with senior stakeholders, and the judgment to know a real emergency from a loud request.
  • Sharp written communication: your smoke-test feedback and status reporting are consumed by engineers, executives, and AI agents alike.
  • Change management experience: rollouts, cutovers, and keeping the business informed without drama.
  • Curiosity about AI-assisted delivery. Our pipeline hands approved specs to coding agents; you don’t need to build that, but you’ll operate around it every day.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, curiosity, humility, and a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site in Peachtree Corners, GA
