Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Director, Project Management Office, this role is responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Provides advanced technical and analytical guidance for IT projects, manages workflow and deliverables for moderately complex, enterprise-wide projects, and facilitates project status communication to clients to support IT developments necessary for mission-related functions. Defines project scope and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems.
Responsibilities
The duties include, but are not limited to:
POINT OF CONTACT AND LEAD : Serves as a main point of contact and lead for internal clients in the development and implementation of moderately complex projects.
PROJECT PLANS AND GUIDANCE : Develop and manage technical project plans aligned to scope, schedule, budget, and resources. Provide moderately advanced technical, analytical, and cost-analysis guidance to project teams.
VENDOR WORKFLOWS AND DELIVERABLES : Coordinate and integrate vendor workflows across multi-unit initiatives. Track, review, and validate vendor deliverables.
STATUS COMMUNICATION AND REPORTS : Draft and deliver project status communication and reports.
OTHER DUTIES : Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three years of experience, including leading and managing IT projects in a complex organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and the PMI Project Management Professional credential. Successful experience working with large-scale enterprise systems.

Salary: $75,300/annually - $96,000/annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position
