About the Role
ABM is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager to support the delivery of technology initiatives across the enterprise.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, delivery timelines, and governance standards. The Project Manager works closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior project leaders to drive successful outcomes and maintain project transparency.
ABM operates in a hybrid delivery environment where enterprise governance follows structured planning and oversight processes while many delivery teams leverage Agile methodologies. Responsibilities
What You Will Own Project Planning & Execution
• Support the delivery of technology projects from initiation through closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and status reports
• Coordinate project activities across business and technology teams
• Track deliverables and ensure project activities remain aligned to agreed timelines
• Escalate issues, risks, and resource constraints as appropriate Delivery Coordination
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors to support project execution
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items
• Monitor project dependencies and assist in resolving delivery challenges
• Support testing, deployment, training, and business readiness activities
Hybrid Delivery Support
Work effectively within waterfall governance processes while collaborating with Agile delivery teams
• Track sprint progress and communicate impacts to project timelines and milestones
• Help ensure project reporting accurately reflects delivery status and upcoming risks
• Support coordination across multiple teams and workstreams Risk & Issue Management
• Maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies)
• Identify and communicate potential project risks early
• Support mitigation planning and issue resolution activities
• Assist with scope management and change control processes
Reporting & Governance
• Prepare project status reports and presentation materials
• Provide accurate updates on schedule, budget, scope, and risks
• Maintain project documentation and governance artifacts
• Ensure compliance with established project management standards and practices
Emerging Technology Initiatives
• Support projects involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives
