The project manager is responsible for all aspects of project delivery, up to and including final closure, and ensures the approval of deliverables. They contribute to resource management to achieve the objectives within the defined time and budget constraints.<\/span>

The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the human, material, financial, and technological resources essential to the delivery of one or more medium\- to very\-large\-scale, cross\-functional projects. The project manager is responsible for the project plan and acts as the central point of contact for all contributors involved in the project delivery (sponsor, managers, and contributors), leveraging their planning and coordination skills.<\/span>

Main Responsibilities:<\/span>

• Be responsible for developing the single project plan, taking into account the issues, complexity, stakeholders, and alignment with other projects, while ensuring consistency with the sponsor's business objectives.<\/span>

• In collaboration with the various contributors, be responsible for deliverables that meet business objectives and create value, while respecting agreed\-upon terms, costs, and deadlines.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Provide functional supervision and coordination of internal and external contributors (integrators or others) involved in project delivery.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Authorize any requests for changes to resources and ensure quality control of the work and adherence to the governance and methodology to be applied within the project framework.<\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>\n
• Develop risk analyses, impact assessments, and related strategies, taking into account various factors to manage the project's risk level.<\/span>

• Be responsible for providing a single report and project progress status updates to the sponsor, the steering committee, and Other decision\-making bodies<\/span>

  • Proven experience in BI, data & analytics, and Master Data Management (MDM)

  • PMP\/MGP\/ACP certifications

  • Experience in a risk management context and\/or within a financial institution

  • Experience operationalizing data management practices
