About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading organization in the consumer products, e-commerce, and distribution sector, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation, driving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central while managing critical system integrations across finance, warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP, software, and IT transformation projects.
  • Manage the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and status reports.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery schedules.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live planning, and post-implementation activities.
  • Drive effective communication with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Qualifications

  • 2โ€“3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar project delivery role.
  • Experience managing ERP implementations, software deployment, or systems integration projects.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Previous involvement in ERP implementation or migration projects.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, warehouse management systems (WMS), or supply chain technologies.
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is an advantage.
