Job Overview

Automotive Development Group (ADG) is seeking a driven and accountable Project Superintendent to lead automotive service facility projects from kickoff through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered On Time, On Budget, and To ADG Standards while maintaining profitability, safety, and quality execution in the field. 

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Superintendent plays a key leadership role in managing crews, subcontractors, scheduling, procurement coordination, documentation, and overall jobsite performance. 

This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on project success and company growth. A 90-day performance review will be conducted, with continued earning potential through project-based performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Accountability
    • Manage assigned projects from cradle to grave

    • Maintain full ownership of project timelines, performance, and profitability

    • Define scope, budgets, deliverables, and schedules in collaboration with Project Managers, GCs, and owners

    • Conduct task and profitability analysis and hold crews accountable to expectations

    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules

  • Field & Subcontractor Management
    • Recruit, coordinate, and manage subcontractors nationwide

    • Ensure crews and subcontractors adhere to ADG quality and safety standards

    • Verify all Purchase Orders are executed prior to project start

    • Oversee company equipment usage and ensure timely rental returns

    • Identify and build long-term subcontractor partnerships to support company growth

  • Procurement & Documentation
    • Coordinate with Procurement to order and schedule equipment delivery

    • Confirm equipment deliveries, packing slips, and materials are accurate and uploaded into the proper system

    • Manage scope changes through documented and approved change orders

    • Ensure all ADG project processes are followed throughout the lifecycle

  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Track project milestones and provide regular updates to Project Managers

    • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols on job sites

    • Maintain complete and organized project documentation

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of construction supervision experience (construction management preferred)

  • Experience managing commercial construction projects as a Superintendent

  • PMP Certification preferred

  • Strong leadership, time management, and customer relations skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
