Key Responsibilities
Tikra Roofing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing projects across various job sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality installations, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and capable of leading crews across multiple locations. Regular travel is required to support regional and out-of-town projects.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Management:
Lead all field operations for assigned commercial roofing projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. - Crew Leadership:
Supervise and coordinate in-house crews and subcontractors, promoting a culture of accountability and craftsmanship. - Project Scheduling:
Maintain detailed schedules and work plans in alignment with project milestones and deadlines. Communicate updates with project managers and leadership. - Quality Assurance:
Inspect work daily to ensure compliance with manufacturer specs, company standards, and job-specific scopes. Address any issues or deviations promptly. - Safety Enforcement:
