Project Manager Superintendents often split their time between the construction site and office work, managing both real-time site supervision and longer-term project planning. They must coordinate with subcontractors, resolve on-site issues, and ensure safety and quality standards, while also handling scheduling, budgeting, and communication with stakeholders.
