Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial construction projects for a highly respected General Contractor. This Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as a key leader on complex, high-profile builds.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
  • Lead ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to execution and closeout
  • Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining strong communication and relationships
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Proactively manage risk, safety, and compliance on-site
  • Mentor Project Managers and Project Engineers
Senior Project Manager Qualifications
  • 8+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven success delivering large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; PMP a plus
