Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Project Manager - Off Site Manufacturing (OSM) for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.


Pay: $95.00 - $125.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.


What you will do:

  • Own or support off site manufacturing planning, prefab coordination, vendor tracking, schedule, logistics, and field integration.
  • Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
  • Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
  • Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
  • Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work
  • Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls
  • Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience
  • Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule
  • Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades
