We are seeking an experienced Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high-performing team of software engineers responsible for delivering scalable, enterprise-grade web and native mobile applications. This role combines strong technical leadership with people management, requiring expertise in full-stack software development, Agile delivery, and modern application architecture.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading engineering teams, collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders, and driving the successful delivery of enterprise digital products. This individual should possess strong hands-on knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud platforms, and software engineering best practices while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Software Engineers delivering enterprise web and native mobile applications.
  • Drive technical excellence, code quality, and engineering best practices across the development team.
  • Provide technical direction, architectural guidance, and strategic recommendations for application development initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Project & Delivery Management
  • Manage engineering projects, development roadmaps, timelines, and team priorities.
  • Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define product vision, feature requirements, and delivery priorities.

  • Remove delivery impediments and enable engineering teams to focus on high-value development activities.
