Job Summary:
Quality Carriers, Inc. is looking for a hands-on Software Developer who thrives in an agile environment and wants to build tools that actually get used. You'll join a tight-knit dev team working on logistics-driven applications that power real-world operations across North America. This isn't a code-and-forget shop-we iterate fast, test thoroughly, and deploy with purpose.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and evolve custom .NET applications used across our logistics network.
  • Write clean, testable C# code with SQL Server-backed data models.
  • Lead or coordinate agile projects using Jira-manage timelines, unblock teammates, and keep delivery on track.
  • Collaborate with users and analysts to refine specs and improve UX.
  • Participate in peer code reviews via Crucible to uphold quality and consistency.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for builds and releases.
  • Light support for legacy VB.NET code (less than 10% of workload).
  • Document and collaborate using GSuite tools.
