Skilled Wound Care is looking for a warm and engaging Technical Project Manager who excels at bringing people and projects together. We need a natural communicator who can effortlessly bridge the gap between senior management's vision, software developer's intricate work, and IT staff's crucial support. If you're passionate about making technology deployments smooth, fast, and high-quality, and you thrive on clear, collaborative communication, we want to hear from you! You'll be instrumental in leading and coordinating the  deployment of our development and vendor software solutions, especially those involving exciting AI initiatives.


Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and drive end-to-end delivery of software development and vendor solution deployments.
Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and business requirements.
Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and operations teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
Lead the implementation of AI and machine learning solutions, working closely with data science and engineering teams.
Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Google Chat).
Provide transparent, concise, and timely project updates to stakeholders and executives through written reports and presentations.
Manage change requests and scope adjustments with agility while maintaining project objectives.
Ensure documentation is thorough and up-to-date throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
Continuously identify opportunities to optimize deployment processes for speed, reliability, and scalability.
Requirements

Must be willing to work out of our Playa Vista office 4-5 days/week.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without restriction.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
3-5 years of Technical/IT project management experience in software development or deployment projects, preferably in a healthcare or clinical environment.
2-3 years of hands-on coding, development, or software engineering experience in any programming language.
Experience working within a software development/engineering department, including managing projects and resources in that environment.
Demonstrated experience managing vendor software integrations and deployments.
Proven track record implementing AI solutions in a business environment.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps practices, and agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex technical information clearly to nontechnical stakeholders and executives.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Chat, Confluence).
Experience in change management and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
Familiarity with modern software deployment pipelines.
Experience working with data engineering or machine learning teams.
Experience working with healthcare software deployment.
Knowledge of HIPAA Compliance Protocols.
Details

This position will be a full time position located onsite at our Playa Vista, CA office location.
Pay range: 125-150k annually, depending on experience/qualifications.
