613 Originals, an established leader in screen-printing industry, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives with a strong focus on Agile delivery, ERP systems, and operational efficiency. This is a new role within a large and still growing team of collaborators and innovators, with a company that provides competitive salary and benefits. This role requires a candidate who is fluent in software engineering concepts, highly proficient in Atlassian JIRA, and capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders—particularly within the apparel decoration and manufacturing space.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee the implementation of Decoration ERP System, FDM4, under the direction of the Business Systems Manager.
  • Lead end-to-end IT projects following Agile SDLC frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models)
  • Manage project backlogs, sprints, and workflows within Atlassian JIRA, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with software engineers, ERP administrators, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Oversee ERP-related initiatives including system enhancements, integrations, and process optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Technical Program Management, with ERP-integrated eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, web-to-print solutions)
  • Solid Agile experience and some ERP exposure (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ePS Pace, Aptean Impress, FDM4, or similar)
  • Can translate business use case to engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian JIRA platform (boards, workflows, reporting, dashboards)
  • Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within Agile methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with software developers using technical terminology (APIs, integrations, data models, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the apparel decoration, screen printing, or heat transfer manufacturing industry
  • Familiarity with production workflows such as job costing, scheduling, inventory management, and order fulfillment
  • Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent
  • Experience with data/reporting tools (Power BI, Tabelau, or similar) is a plus
