Project Manager – Software & Entitlements

Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale business transformation program. The Project Manager will be aligned to a specific workstream, such as Lead-to-Quote, Quote-to-Cash, Hardware Supply Chain, Software & Entitlements, or Services/Onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management fundamentals, excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills, and experience working with large, cross-functional teams in complex transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities for an assigned transformation workstream.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, IT, supply chain, product, and services organizations.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and escalations.
  • Track project progress and ensure deliverables remain aligned with overall program objectives.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, working sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, action logs, decision records, project plans, and executive updates.
  • Identify and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide regular project status updates to program leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Support program governance, reporting, and transformation management activities.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive decisions and remove project roadblocks.
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to established timelines, scope, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing complex projects from initiation through completion.
  • Excellent project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing dependencies across large, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working in Waterfall project management environments, with some exposure to Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced transformation environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, risk management, and escalation management skills.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lead-to-Cash / Lead-to-Quote / Quote-to-Cash business processes.
  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation programs.
  • Experience in Software & Entitlements, Hardware Supply Chain, Services/Onboarding, or related enterprise operations.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet.
  • Experience working with enterprise technology, product, supply chain, or services organizations.
