Established in 2018, Clicklease is dedicated to empowering small business owners frequently overlooked by traditional lenders. Our headquarters are located in the vibrant city of Draper, UT, with operations extending to Radial, Alajuela, Costa Rica. We've cultivated a dynamic environment where equipment financing goes beyond being a mere service; it acts as the gateway to realizing entrepreneurial dreams.
Our Core Values:
1. We Are A Happy Company:
At Clicklease, happiness is not just a byproduct; it's a fundamental value. Join a workplace where positivity and joy are cultivated, creating an environment where you can bring your best self to work every day.

3. We Practice Empathy:
Empathy isn't just a word in our dictionary; it's a daily practice. Join a team that values understanding and compassion. At Clicklease, we recognize the human side of business and foster a culture where empathy is a guiding principle.
4. We Listen & Learn:
Growth is a continuous journey at Clicklease. We believe in listening and learning from one another. Your insights and experiences contribute to our collective knowledge, making us stronger as a team.
Our Mission:
At Clicklease, we have a clear purpose - to fulfill the capital needs of underserved entrepreneurs and their Main Street Businesses. We achieve this mission through simple, fast, and innovative equipment leasing solutions. This is not just a statement; it's the driving force behind everything we do.
What you'll be doing:
  • Maintain a centralized portfolio view across all experience teams - connecting individual releases back to strategic initiatives and providing leadership with a single source of truth for delivery health.
  • Own the deployment governance process, including facilitating go/no-go decisions for every production release with sign-off from Engineering, QA, and Product stakeholders.
  • Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies across product and engineering teams, ensuring delivery is sequenced correctly and teams are not blocked or blindsided by upstream work.
  • Compile and deliver executive reporting on delivery status, timelines, risks, and forecasts - translating multi-team delivery complexity into concise, actionable updates for leadership.
  • Manage the Executive scorecard by tracking ETAs for in-flight initiatives, proactively pushing teams for updates, and investigating Jira to identify slippage risks before they surface.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate systemic delivery risks - capacity contention, environment mismatches, cross-team sequencing breakdowns - with clear options and recommended paths forward.
  • Facilitate weekly cross-team delivery syncs, go/no-go meetings, and quarterly planning sessions with consistent formats and clear outcomes.
  • Act as a neutral liaison between Product and Engineering, investigating delivery timelines and shipped dates to reconcile discrepancies and maintain trust across the organization.
  • Coordinate cross-team initiative management when work spans multiple teams, providing guidance on priority and sequencing to keep cross-cutting efforts moving.
  • Support capitalization (R&D) reporting by providing Accounting with accurate classifications of engineering work for financial reporting purposes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes - identify systemic friction points, propose solutions, and measure the impact of process changes across teams.

What you have:
  • 3+ years of experience in software project management, program management, or delivery management in a multi-team engineering environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-team dependencies and coordinating delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Strong executive communication skills - ability to translate technical delivery complexity into clear, concise updates for leadership audiences
  • Proficiency with Jira for portfolio tracking, backlog management, and delivery reporting (including JQL, dashboards, and custom fields)
  • Experience with deployment and release management processes, including go/no-go governance and production readiness coordination
  • Strong risk identification and escalation skills - ability to distinguish between technical risks (owned by engineering) and systemic risks (owned by the PM role) and drive resolution proactively
  • Familiarity with Agile and Kanban delivery methodologies in a continuous delivery environment (not sprint-based)
  • Ability to operate as a neutral party across Product and Engineering teams, building trust through accuracy, transparency, and follow-through

What will make you stand out:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field
  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or SAFe certification
  • Experience in fintech, equipment leasing, or financial services industries
  • Experience with R&D capitalization reporting or understanding of ASC 350-40 / software development cost capitalization rules
  • Jira administration experience (workflow configuration, custom fields, project schemes)
  • Proficiency with Confluence for documentation, knowledge management, and stakeholder communication
  • Experience building executive dashboards and portfolio-level reporting using tools like Jira Dashboards, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to improve project management productivity - report drafting, data synthesis, risk analysis, or process documentation
