Job description

Are you ready to take on some of the most challenging and exciting construction projects in the Southwest? We are currently seeking experienced Electrical Project Superintendents to lead the way in commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, and data center facilities. At the heart of our success is a commitment to safety and quality. As a Project Superintendent, you will ensure that our corporate safety and quality plans are meticulously aligned with project-specific requirements and seamlessly implemented throughout the project's duration. Responsibilities
  • Ensures corporate safety and quality plans are aligned with project-specific requirements and is implemented throughout the duration of the project.
  • Responsible for job site safety and work closely with the Safety team to ensure project safety plans align with Corbins, the customers and industry standards.
  • Supports Foreman and Field Superintendents directly to ensure their responsibilities are met.
  • Responsible for the quality of all site production while working closely with the QA/QC department to develop the project QA/QC execution plans.
  • Drive a strong working relationship with Safety, Virtual Construction, QA/QC, and Human Resources to ensure the project team is operating at its full capacity and maintaining Corbins' policies.
  • Partners closely with the Project Manager to ensure labor projections are accurate and the project is adhering to the schedule.
  • Leads the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating all requirements, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Strategically develops Field Superintendents and Foreman by mentoring and holding them accountable to their managerial responsibilities.
  • Builds rapport with each customer by displaying integrity, honesty and transparency while mitigating risks and upholding contracts.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative.
  • Demonstrated success supporting a team through complex project execution.
  • Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to project goals.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Training can be provided upon hire.
