Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager (L3) to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic programs, and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams across organizational boundaries.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex programs and projects. Define program goals, milestones, deliverables, success metrics, and implementation plans. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations. Drive execution excellence while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Stakeholder Management Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, support, and business teams. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution across teams. Operational Excellence Establish governance mechanisms and program review cadences. Track KPIs, SLAs, and program health metrics. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and drive resolution. Escalate critical issues with actionable recommendations. Reporting & Communication Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and status updates. Present program progress, business insights, and recommendations to leadership. Ensure clear and consistent communication across stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
