They are seeking a senior program manager to oversee the implementation of Hadoop and data lake for HR, requiring experience in large big data deployments and the ability to manage cross-cultural teams.

Qualifications:
Required:
• previous experience in large big data deployments in M&A environments
• able to manage teams in a cross-cultural, cross-functional distributed environment
• plan, track and communicate project status following the required IT policies
• knowledge and previous experience in agile / scrum
• Hadoop / Tableau implementation experience in large corporations
