What You’ll Do

As a Project Engineer, you’ll support the design and implementation of advanced warehouse and automation solutions from concept through project completion. Working closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams, you’ll help deliver solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct site visits with the sales team to evaluate customer operations and gather project requirements.
  • Develop solution layouts, engineering drawings, and proposal documentation.
  • Support customer presentations by providing technical expertise.
  • Coordinate engineering activities, approvals, and order processing for assigned projects.
  • Assist Project Managers with project planning, scheduling, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support equipment commissioning and startup activities.
  • Participate in final project walkthroughs and customer acceptance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 1–3 years of engineering, automation, or technical project experience.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation, conveyor systems, robotics, AMRs/AGVs, or material handling systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and facility layouts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with warehouse automation or supply chain technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
