Our Cranial & Spinal Technologies (CST) Operating Unit develops and delivers an integrated ecosystem of spinal implants, navigation and robotic guidance systems, advanced imaging, and data-driven planning tools for complex spine and cranial procedures. Platforms such as AiBLE connect these technologies to enhance surgical precision, streamline workflows, and support improved patient outcomes worldwide.

This PD Program Manager position resides within the Released Product Management (RPM) PMO organization. The primary focus of this role is leading released-product sustainment projects for Navigation product within the Platform & Solutions portfolio, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product supply continuity, maintain product compliance, and support ongoing business and customer needs. The role requires strong project leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills to drive projects from initiation through completion while balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead released-product sustainment projects for Navigation portfolio products, ensuring successful execution against project timelines, budgets, quality objectives, and business priorities.

  • Drive cross-functional project teams consisting of engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and project deliverables.

  • Ensure product supply continuity by coordinating execution of product changes, component obsolescence activities, supplier-driven changes, manufacturing improvements, and compliance-related initiatives.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain product compliance with applicable regulatory, quality, and business requirements.

  • Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues while managing scope, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.

  • Facilitate effective communication and alignment across geographically dispersed teams and multiple CST locations.

  • Provide project status updates, key metrics, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders to support timely decision-making.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through the application of project management best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements.

  • Build strong partnerships across product teams and functional organizations to drive execution excellence and successful business outcomes.

Location: Lafayette, CO (preferred) or Boxborough, MA

Minimum requirements (Must Haves):

  • Bachelor Degree with minimum of 5 years of relevant program or project management experience, OR

  • Advance degree with minimum of 3 years of relevant program or project management experience

  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

  • Highly organized, strategic, and able to lead cross-functional projects and manage stakeholders in matrixed environment

Nice to have

  • Advance degree is preferred.

  • Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated industries.

  • Experience leading product sustainment, lifecycle management, post-market, or released-product projects.

  • Knowledge of product development processes, design controls, risk management, and change management within regulated environments.

  • Understanding of product lifecycle management, product compliance, supply continuity, and obsolescence management activities.

  • Experience supporting navigation, imaging, robotics, spinal, or other capital equipment products.

  • PMP, Agile, or other project management certification.

  • Experience working within global, matrixed organizations and leading geographically dispersed teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management, organizational change management, and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and drive alignment across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
