Position: Project Leader – Denver/Chicago, USA

Mission

As a leader in autonomous vehicle solutions for industry and aviation, TractEasy is successfully and rapidly expanding its footprint across the globe. To support this growth and elevate our operational excellence in North America, we are seeking an experienced and driven Project Leader to head our project management function in either our Denver or Chicago office.

In this strategic role, you will both lead projects as well as oversee the full portfolio of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the region and lead a team of Project Managers. You will ensure that projects are delivered with consistency, quality, and scalability while shaping the frameworks, processes, and governance that enable TractEasy to operate at global scale.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, product, business development and customer-facing teams to translate business objectives into actionable delivery strategies. In a fast-growing environment, your ability to create structure, drive alignment, and build trust through project excellence will be essential. Activities

In this role, you will:

· Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across North America (planning, execution, rollout, and optimization)

· Oversee the full portfolio of autonomous vehicle deployment projects across the region

· Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers across the region

· Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project challenges and strategic decision-making

· Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, sales, customer success) to ensure aligned execution

· Define, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes and project frameworks

· Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, partners, and internal leadership

· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining high quality standards

· Translate business objectives into actionable project plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes

· Support commercial initiatives by aligning project delivery with customer needs and sales objectives

· Contribute to scaling TractEasy’s operations by standardizing best practices and enabling repeatable deployments

· Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning technical and business teams

· Experience implementing scalable processes and operational best practices in growing organizations

· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured, hands-on approach

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in dynamic, high-growth environments

· Familiarity with autonomous mobility, robotics, aviation, or industrial environments is a strong advantage
