Job Summary:

The Project Manager oversees the full lifecycle of projects, primarily focused on electronics repair and refurbishment across multiple customer accounts. This role defines project scope, establishes timelines, manages resources and budgets, communicates with stakeholders, and manages risks. The Project Manager provides leadership to Project Coordinators and leads and serves as liaison between internal stakeholders and clients to ensure all program goals align with customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ยท Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and customers, facilitating communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

ยท Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and develop project plans to meet contractual obligations.

ยท Manage project budgets and resources to support efficient operations and achieve program goals.

ยท Monitor project progress, performance, and risks, ensuring timely identification of issues and coordination of appropriate mitigation actions.

ยท Lead and guide Project Coordinators and leads to support effective project execution, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback.

ยท Ensure required project documentation, reporting, reviews, and formal project closure activities are completed in accordance with organizational and customer requirements.

ยท Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering (Electronics/Industrial), Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required

ยท Masterโ€™s Degree or MBA preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

ยท PMP Certification is preferred

Experience:

ยท 5-7 years of project management experience

ยท 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.

ยท Project management experience in a repair and refurbishment operation preferred

ยท Experience leading, inspiring, and guiding project teams both large and small

ยท Demonstrated ability to prioritize and delegate project tasks, manage scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, and objectives

ยท Experience identifying, evaluating, escalating, and mitigating risk and issues that could adversely affect a project

ยท Ability to effectively communicate with a project team and internal and external stakeholders

ยท Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and project needs
