Hybrid Greenwood Village, CO

$75,000-$85,000 DOE

 

We are seeking a dynamic, engaging, and skilled Project Manager to join our Leadership Development team. This role is key to enhancing organizational performance by managing mid-size to large-scale leadership initiatives, driving measurable outcomes, and supporting continuous program improvement. The Project Manager function involves coordinating with various departments, managing program processes and resources, developing meaningful metrics, and ensuring that program initiatives align with the company's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering growth and development, possesses excellent communication skills, and has strong project management, analytics, and stakeholder management capabilities. Responsibilities include managing leadership development initiatives, measuring program effectiveness, and providing data-driven recommendations that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management (40%)

  • Leads mid-size to large scale leadership initiatives through the program lifecycle, including scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch.
  • Provides clear timelines through all phases, communicates with key partners, and selects appropriate measures for successful implementation.
  • Demonstrates change management skills, recognizing points of change and improving adoption of change.
  • Designs and conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews with the goal of identifying areas for improvement and professional development.
  • Manages program implementation to address performance gaps; monitors program progress to completion and uses data to create reports and relay results.
  • Defines program success measures and develops reporting plans to monitor progress, outcomes, and business impact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilizes data-driven decision making to prioritize initiatives, identify performance gaps, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Partners with internal stakeholders, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiatives.
  • Supports program governance, risk mitigation, resource planning, and communication planning across multiple initiatives.

Program Administration (40%)

  • Schedules and coordinates program activities, stakeholder meetings, and implementation efforts, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Assesses the effectiveness of leadership development programs through participant feedback, proficiency attainment, manager validation, skill application, surveys, and other key performance indicators.
  • Maintains accurate program records, including participation, performance assessments, proficiency data, manager validations, and evaluation results.
  • Manages program tools, resources, reporting systems, and technologies efficiently.

 

Metrics Management & Reporting (20%)

  • Develops, maintains, and analyzes leadership development program metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to measure program effectiveness and participant outcomes.
  • Identifies and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) including participation, proficiency attainment, skill application, manager validation, action plan completion, engagement, and program satisfaction.
  • Partners with HR, Operations, and business leaders to support reporting needs and ensure alignment of program metrics with organizational goals.
  • Monitors and reports trends, risks, opportunities, and program outcomes using reporting and data visualization tools.
  • Translates program data into actionable insights and recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Maintains recurring reports, dashboards, and scorecards used to communicate program progress and results.
  • Ensures data integrity through regular audits, validation processes, and adherence to reporting standards.

  

Qualifications

  1. Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  2. Demonstrated experience tracking and reporting learning, talent, leadership development, or organizational performance metrics.
  3. Experience analyzing program data and identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  4. Experience creating recurring reporting packages and dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
  5. Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
