Supervisor / Project Manager

Reports To: CEO / Operations Leadership
Position Overview
PRIMETONE is seeking a Supervisor / Project Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple properties and projects. This role is responsible for supervising field teams, conducting site walkthroughs, generating scopes of work, ensuring work is performed according to company SOPs, maintaining quality control, enforcing safety standards, and acting as the liaison between field staff, subcontractors, clients, and leadership.
The ideal candidate has experience in construction, property services, facilities operations, or capital improvement projects, with the ability to translate site observations into clear scopes of work and actionable project plans.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations Oversight
• Supervise crews and subcontractors across assigned projects
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality standards are met
• Verify work is completed according to scope of work and company SOPs
• Ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and professional
Project Management
• Coordinate project timelines and daily schedules
• Track project progress and report status updates
• Ensure materials and equipment are available for projects
• Resolve operational issues in real time
Scope of Work Development
• Conduct site walkthroughs with clients and internal teams
• Identify project requirements, deficiencies, and repair needs
• Generate clear and detailed scopes of work based on walkthrough findings
• Document scope items including labor, materials, and required repairs
• Coordinate with estimating or operations to convert scope into proposals or work orders
• Upload and document scopes in Simpro for operational tracking
Quality Control
• Conduct walkthroughs of completed work
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrections
• Ensure client expectations and contract requirements are met
Team Supervision
• Provide direction to field staff and subcontractors
• Ensure teams follow company policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Address operational issues and escalate when necessary
Safety Compliance
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
• Conduct routine jobsite safety checks
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Identify and report potential safety hazards
• Ensure subcontractors and employees follow safe work practices
• Assist with incident reporting and documentation if required
Reporting & Systems
• Document project notes and updates in Simpro
• Track labor, materials, and additional work performed
• Submit daily or weekly operational reports
• Maintain documentation for completed work, scopes, and safety inspections
Client Coordination
• Communicate with property managers and client representatives
• Participate in walkthroughs and punch list reviews
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Qualifications
• 3–7 years experience in construction, facilities management, or property operations
• Strong ability to identify project needs and generate scopes of work
• Knowledge of jobsite safety practices and OSHA compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with project management systems (Simpro preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range:
$65,000 – $90,000 per year (based on experience)
