We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with experience in the scaffolding and insulation industries. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of industry expertise and have a proven track record of driving business growth as well as managing the full project lifecycle—from client acquisition and bidding through execution, completion, and final payment collection.This role requires a deep understanding of both industrial and commercial sectors (with a primary focus on industrial projects), paired with strong fiscal management skills, safety leadership, and client relationship skills. This position offers unlimited geographic scope for customer acquisition across the United States.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentCustomer Acquisition: Proactively seek and identify new business opportunities in both industrial and commercial sectors across nationwide territories (no geographic restrictions).Deal Closure & Negotiation: Lead all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting and client engagement to negotiating contracts and closing deals.Project Bidding & Proposals: Prepare and submit accurate project bids and proposals, ensuring competitive pricing, profit margins, and clear scopes of work.Full Project Lifecycle ManagementProject Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project plans, including scopes of work, resource allocation, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.Project Execution & Leadership: Oversee projects from inception to completion.
