POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Manager, Project Management Office (PMO) supports the successful delivery of cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and ensures alignment with business objectives and adherence to PMO standards.
This role reports to the Head of PMO, the Project Manager will coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, track risks, and support enterprise reporting while contribute to continuous improvement within the PMO.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage assigned cross-functional projects from initiation through closure, which includes development of timelines, tracking milestones, and ensuring deliverables are met
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and drive stakeholder accountability
  • Identify project risks and escalate concerns to the Head of PMO with recommended solutions
  • Perform process walkthroughs to identify operational or financial reporting risks
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to regular status reporting and portfolio visibility
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and governance processes
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the PMO and promote adoption of project management tools such as Monday.com

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred
  • Experience on Monday.com or related project management tool

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

$105,000 - $120,000 a year
Salary is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, job location, size of property where applicable, and/or certifications. In addition to your base salary, ESRT provides discretionary annual bonuses.
