We have raised the industry bar by not only providing top-quality craftsmanship, but also an exceptional customer experience. Our goal is to hire and support great people with the hope they grow and eventually retire with us. You regularly develop accurate estimates, keep track of costs, review architectural drawings, requisition materials, confirm order placement, monitor the shop fabrication process, and coordinate team meetings. To ensure the highest quality of all of our products and the best customer experience possible, you verify dimensions prior to fabrication, generate custom accessory quantity takeoffs, review vendor delivery performance, specify shipping dates, and perform project audits upon completion.
You see each project through to the end by sub-contracting installations and conducting job site reviews with the installers to address any issues. With attention to detail, you ensure that all documentation is properly entered into the database. You take pride in overseeing each millwork project and ensuring impeccable and exquisite finished products.
