Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will take autonomous ownership of high-impact residential and commercial restoration projects across the region while driving the expansion of our construction division. You will utilize your technical expertise and self-motivated leadership to bring complex jobs from initial scope to seamless completion. You will build a long-term career with a national brand that prioritizes family ownership and long-tenured team culture.


How You Will Make an Impact

  • Oversee end-to-end management of residential and commercial restoration construction projects across the local market.
  • Drive project schedules, budget management, and resource allocation to meet strict deadlines and profitability targets.
  • Execute regular site visits and field inspections to ensure strict quality control and safety standards.
  • Spearhead internal initiatives to streamline field processes and help grow our expanding construction division.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between subcontractors, field crews, property owners, and internal teams.
  • Maintain clear, proactive project documentation and regular communication with all project stakeholders.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Active Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects independently.
  • Self-motivated leader with a proven ability to manage complex job sites with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to travel regionally up to 60% of the time to support active project sites.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Completed Trade Program or Technical Certification in construction management or a related field.
  • Demonstrated history of successfully managing both residential and commercial job scopes.
  • Background in fast-paced emergency restoration or specialty construction logistics.
