Role: Project Manager - Commercial Glass & Glazing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial glass and glazing projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, quality control, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial construction project management, specifically within glass and glazing or building envelope systems, and is capable of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial glass and glazing projects from start to completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality alignment
Oversee multiple active projects simultaneously, including large-scale work valued at approximately $8M-$10M
Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors to ensure smooth project execution
Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts related to glazing and building envelope systems
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans across multiple concurrent projects
Prepare, track, and manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and reporting
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues, delays, and coordination challenges
Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and cost impacts
Communicate regularly with clients, GCs, and internal teams to align expectations and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and building codes
Support continuous improvement of project execution and delivery processes
Required Qualifications:
Experience in construction project management with responsibility for schedules, budgets, and full project delivery
Proven ability to manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
Strong experience overseeing large-scale projects (including portfolios in the $8M-$10M range)
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts
Strong understanding of commercial construction workflows, coordination, and execution
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software tools
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of construction safety practices and quality control standards
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
