Job description

Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Highway / Structures
Anaheim, CA | $160,000–$220,000 + full benefits

We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants to lead complex infrastructure projects with a team that values integrity, craftsmanship, and long-term relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee all phases of heavy civil and structural (bridge) projects — from preconstruction through closeout

  • Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure safe, high-quality delivery

  • Review and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum

  • Lead weekly progress meetings and ensure timely documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders

  • Track quantities, cost forecasts, and production goals

  • Mentor project engineers and field staff to develop the next generation of leaders

What We’re Looking For
  • 10–25 years of experience in heavy civil construction, including highway, bridge, and structural concrete work

  • Proven record managing projects of $50M or larger

  • Familiarity with Caltrans or municipal specifications (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of public works, grading, utilities, drainage, and roadway systems

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with both field and office personnel

  • Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction background

Why This Role?
  • Join a company known for its stability, public agency partnerships, and hands-on leadership

  • Lead projects that improve communities and strengthen California’s infrastructure

  • Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunity to shape major public works initiatives

If this sounds like the next step in your career, let’s talk.
Confidential conversations are welcomed.
