Position Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $150,000 - $165,000 / Year DOE
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, risk mitigation, and overall project execution
- Supervise and mentor Project Engineers, Superintendents, and project teams while driving accountability and collaboration
- Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Review design documents, contracts, schedules, and project plans while identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost
- Monitor project progress, safety compliance, and financial performance while proactively resolving issues before they impact the project
- Support proposal development, subcontractor selection, procurement, and strategic planning throughout the project lifecycle
Project Manager Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
- Experience with ground-up commercial construction valued at $25M or greater
- General contractor experience is required
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and construction management software
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel throughout the Central Valley, Sacramento region, and Bay Area based on project needs
