Job description

An established and highly respected contractor with nearly 100 years of experience is seeking a Construction Superintendent with a background in heavy highway and structural (bridge) work. The company has built a strong reputation for excellence and safety in concrete construction across the Chicago metropolitan area and the broader Midwest.

Position Overview:
The Superintendent will oversee field operations on active heavy highway projects, with a current assignment involving a major grade separation project near O’Hare, including the construction of bridges from the ground up.

Project Environment:

  • Active project located near north side of O’Hare
  • Scope includes grade separation and new bridge construction
  • Company currently managing multiple projects across the region

Territory:

  • Projects throughout the Chicago metro area and surrounding counties
  • Candidates can reside anywhere in Northern Illinois

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $140,000 – $180,000
