The Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the property industry, ensuring timely and efficient completion. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage project teams and deliver successful outcomes in Miami. Client Details A company in the property industry based in Miami. Description Plan and oversee all phases of construction projects to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align project objectives. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and reports. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
