New Hampshire Housing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external vendors to define scope, manage plans, mitigate risks, and deliver successful outcomes.

As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing initiatives that contribute to our mission. In this role, you will:

Keep projects on track and moving forward by applying the right project management approach (agile, waterfall, or hybrid), proactively addressing challenges, and holding teams accountable to deliver results.
  • Collaborate with external partners by acting as the primary point of contact for vendors and consultants. Coordinate efforts, manage communications, and ensure seamless integration into project plans.
  • Support smart decision-making by contributing to RFP/RFI processes and helping evaluate solutions that best meet project goals and organizational needs.

To support onboarding and training, the initial weeks of employment may be conducted in-office. Following this period, Tuesday and Thursday are required in office days with remote opportunities the rest of the week.

Your experience, skills, and education should include:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in a related field and at least nine years of relevant project management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Youโ€™ll love us because:

  • We prioritize our employees and invest in policies, benefits, and a workplace culture that supports their success.
  • Youโ€™ll join a collaborative, highly engaged team that values diverse perspectives.
  • We are a recognized leader in the affordable housing industry and take pride in the quality and impact of our work.
