MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience; in a military or commercial field preferred.
  • BS Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-6 years of demonstrated expertise in Project and Program Management, with a preference for experience in military or commercial manufacturing fields.


ABOUT THE JOB:

The Project Manager assumes a pivotal role, closely collaborating with Program and Engineering leaders, as well as Manufacturing leaders. Together, orchestrating the seamless management, execution, and collaboration of both ongoing manufacturing projects and cutting-edge engineering development endeavors. This involves aligning user specifications with design requirements, documenting deliverables, managing schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring overall compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Foster effective communication channels with peers, stakeholders, and the wider business to ensure engagement, support, and successful delivery of project outcomes.

Collect and consolidate project status updates, providing inputs for key project management tools such as Integrated Master Plans, Risk Registers, Monthly Status Reports, Executive Program Reports, and Financial Reports.

Ensure adherence to proper procedures for managing project risks (opportunities and threats), issues, and dependencies.

Clearly communicate project status, decision requests, identified risks/issues, and recommended actions to relevant stakeholders.

Deliver regular status and reporting updates to Product Management, Program Management, and Business Development upon request.

Collaborate as an integral member of cross-functional teams, working together to meet project deadlines, budget constraints, and maintaining flexibility in the integrated master schedule.

Support project meetings, both on-site and off-site, by recording accurate meeting minutes and tracking action items for follow-up.

Coordinate the compilation of inputs for monthly status reports at the project and program levels.

Execute assigned tasks in strict accordance with established company procedures and work instructions, adhering to ISO 9001/AS 9100 standards.

Fulfill any other duties as assigned by the organization.
