Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage schedules, crews, subcontractors, and budgets effectively.
Responsibilities:
  •  Manage all phases of construction projects 
  •  Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews 
  •  Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets 
  •  Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget 
  •  Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications 
  •  Conduct site visits and monitor project progress 
  •  Communicate with clients, inspectors, engineers, and team members 
  •  Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards 
  •  Prepare reports, change orders, and project documentation 
Qualifications:
  •  Minimum 3+ years of construction project management experience 
  •  Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction 
  •  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  •  Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  •  Experience with scheduling and project management software 
  •  Ability to read blueprints and construction documents 
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation 
  •  OSHA certification preferred
