This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Morgantown, WV. The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, supervising work progress, conducting inspections, managing project logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, budgeting, and risk assessment.
  • Experience with Expediting and Logistics Management to ensure timelines and resource coordination are met efficiently.
  • Proficiency in conducting site Inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards.
  • Skills as an Expeditor, enabling the effective communication and resolution of project bottlenecks.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
