TASK DESCRIPTION

  • Support the project management team in coordinating resources, teams, and project activities.
  • Support in asset registration, monitoring and controlling procedure; to ensure the efficient monitoring and control of assets to maximize their utilization and lifespan. 
  • Engage in on-job-trainings within own department and cross-functional teams to gain knowledge and experiences on organization's core businesses
  • Support day-to-day operations and administrative support to project management team to ensure fulfillment of organizational goal.

Requirement

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malay.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
