Position Title: Project Manager
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Overview:
A prestigious general contractor with over 50 years of history in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in commercial construction. This role is critical to managing and delivering large-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $80 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to handle complex projects, and proficiency in Procore.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports using Procore.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain progress and profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and internal teams, to maintain strong relationships and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
