We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Gardeners, Planters, and Installers for both full-time and part-time seasonal positions. This is an excellent opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, are passionate about the green industry, and are eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities
  • Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, and weed flower beds and plant areas
  • Maintain flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
  • Propagate bedding plants and support plant health care initiatives
  • Maintain job sites by keeping areas clear of debris and organized
  • Operate hand and power tools as needed for landscaping tasks
  • Support various maintenance activities as required
  • Promote and follow workplace safety and environmental best practices
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Interest in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
