Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Project Manager โ€“ Power Delivery (Remote: Pacific or Mountain Time Zones) A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead Power Delivery projects, develop and manage client relationships, and support business development across the Western U.S. This is a remote-friendly role for candidates located in Pacific or Mountain time zones , with occasional travel to client sites. Key Responsibilities Foster company culture and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.

Manage project status reporting, invoicing, accounts receivable, and unbilled revenue. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams. Lead, mentor, and support project team members to ensure high-quality execution and team development.

Develop and maintain schedules, oversee budgets, conduct project status meetings, and participate in proposal writing and client-facing presentations. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and oversee all phases of project delivery. Work primarily within the Power Delivery group, with potential coordination across other service areas as needed.

Travel regionally to meet with clients and attend site visits. Demonstrate strong project management competencies, including CPM scheduling, budget oversight, team coordination, and business development efforts. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution โ€” or equivalent experience (10+ years).

Minimum 10 years of experience in the electric power and communications industry. At least 5 years of hands-on project management experience on small to mid-size infrastructure projects or as a project lead engineer. Strong understanding of project management tools and practices .

Solid knowledge of transmission systems and relevant industry standards. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with utilities such as PGE, BPA, or Pacificorp is highly desirable. Familiarity with regional utility clients in the Pacific and Mountain West regions.

Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
