Job Description

Position: Business Project Manager (Core Banking) 

Duration: 6 Months

Location: San Ramon, CA

Job responsibilities:

Guide the governance body, administrative board, and project unit so as to facilitate proper functioning of the project, especially at the time of initiation of the project 

Handle the opposing precedence's and various perspectives in an efficient manner 

Effectively supervise the dynamics of the project team 

Makes sure that the stakeholders, team members, and all other related personnel are aware of their respective responsibilities and duties and basically, their participation in the project 

Determine the project targets and objectives for the project team associates, so as to ensure their involvement in the working of the project 

Take care of the improvement in the performances of team personnel by providing them with proper training and recommendations 

Responsible for resolving, determining, rationalizing, tracking, and handling the risks and problems that may arise during the working of the project 

Required to distribute the information related to the project and inform the project team members and stakeholders about the development of the project 

Examines the progress of the work and maintains the plans of the project so as to make sure that the results obtained are as per the standards of the project 

Manages the stakeholders and compel them to sanction the transformations that may take place during the operation of the project 

Responsible for managing any variance or divergence from the plans of the project 

As and when the projects move from one developmental phase to another, the business project manager determines the target markers and eventually, designs and elaborated plan for the project 

Improve the communication plans of the projects and reports the changes to the top management personnel 

Makes appropriate use of the plans of a project with a view to ascertain and examine its constraints, deliverables, critical points, and dependencies 

Takes care of the investigation of the delivery and accomplishment of the products and services of the organization 

Coordination with the members of the project team and leads the project meetings so as to develop agreements and solutions for the challenging problems 

Manages the work processes of the project and makes sure that the projects are handed over within the stipulated time frame and budget 

Responsible for recording the instructions and outcomes learned during the project and uses them for future projects 

Enforces suitable execution plans and strategies with a view to avoid the hindrances and malfunctioning of the project 

Work with the vendors so as to calculate the total monetary fund required for the purchase of the tools and instruments of the project 

Closely observes the employees and assigns individual project tasks to them as per their skill, capabilities, and areas of expertise
