About the team:
The Omni Customer Experiences team enhances how customers engage with Walmart by creating seamless, connected experiences across digital and physical retail channels. Leading the Store Journeys experience, the team collaborates with product, engineering, design, analytics, operations, and merchandising partners. They leverage customer insights and business data to prioritize opportunities and develop scalable solutions. Combining entrepreneurial ownership with enterprise-scale influence, the team shapes strategic roadmaps, addresses key customer challenges, and unites stakeholders to deliver meaningful experiences and strong business outcomes.
