Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chesterfield, MO that is seeking a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end project management activities for the global Jaeger procurement platform implementation
* Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and project status reporting
* Coordinate deployment activities across North America, Latin America, and APAC regions
* Partner with business stakeholders, procurement teams, IT teams, and implementation partners to ensure project objectives are achieved
* Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and executive status updates
* Manage scope, timeline, dependencies, risks, issues, and escalation processes throughout the project lifecycle
* Drive alignment across regional business units and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption
* Coordinate testing, training, change management, and go-live readiness activities
* Monitor project performance and proactively address potential obstacles to delivery
* Support post-deployment stabilization efforts and transition to operational support teams
* Promote best practices in project management, stakeholder communication, and enterprise technology deployment
Ensure successful rollout of key platform capabilities including:
* Shopping cart functionality
* Catalog buying
* Vendor onboarding
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
* 5+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives
* Proven experience managing global implementations or multi-region technology rollouts
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate teams across multiple geographies, business units, and time zones
* Experience managing external implementation partners, vendors, and consulting organizations
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies
* Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities
* Experience leading Procure-to-Pay (P2P) implementations is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
