Job description

Project Overview

The project consists of demolition and renovation activities within an existing warehouse facility to support the installation of a new manufacturing assembly line.


Major Scope Elements

  • Selective demolition and concrete replacement
  • Helical pile installation at existing structural columns
  • Construction of 35-foot-tall floor-to-ceiling demising walls
  • Installation of new HVAC systems
  • New electrical infrastructure supporting assembly line operations
  • Demolition and installation of compressed air and water piping systems


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as Quality "Plus" Services' primary onsite representative
  • Manage day-to-day field operations and overall project execution
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities across multiple trades
  • Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules
  • Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and progress reviews
  • Monitor project performance, productivity, and quality
  • Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, company policies, and client expectations
  • Identify risks, conflicts, and schedule impacts before they become project issues
  • Coordinate inspections, shutdown activities, and project milestones
  • Maintain project documentation including:
    • Daily reports
    • RFIs
    • Submittals
    • Meeting minutes
    • Change orders
    • Progress reporting
  • Provide regular project updates to company leadership and clients
  • Manage project communications with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of construction project management, construction supervision, or field operations management experience
  • Strong background in industrial, manufacturing, renovation, or heavy commercial construction
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project execution
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Valid driver's license


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within active manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facilities
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil contractors
  • Experience supporting manufacturing equipment installations or facility upgrades
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software
